3-D Havoc was originally conceived as a cassette release for the Amiga Power Module, an add-on that never made it to market. It was later slated to appear as one of three 3-D titles on the inaugural Power Play Arcade cartridge. Interestingly, a prototype has since surfaced—but in a non-3D form.
