Based on the Arcadia 2001 game of the same name, Cat Trax is essentially a clone of Pac-Man with a slight hint of Mouse Trap mixed in. It appears that UA Ltd. had plans to enter the Atari 2600 market by porting several of their titles from the Arcadia 2001.
 
For those unfamiliar with the system, the Arcadia 2001 was a relatively obscure home console released in 1982. While it failed to make much of an impact in the United States, the system enjoyed greater success overseas, where dozens of licensed and unlicensed clones were produced and marketed under various brand names. However, with the onset of the video game crash of 1983, UA ultimately chose not to release any of their planned titles—either in the United States or in Europe.
