Lightly used game.  Works on an original Atari 2600 as well as the new 2600+ and 7800+.  20th Century Fox Shell.
 
Pick-Up appears to be a fully developed title that was never officially released—likely due to its suggestive theme, which may have been considered too risqué for 20th Century Fox at the time.
 
In this adult-themed arcade-style game, your objective is to impress a woman and escort her to a hotel. You control the male character positioned at the bottom of the screen, while the woman stands on a raised platform to the left. To reach her, you must shoot various items falling from above—such as hearts, wine glasses, cars, and other symbols meant to appeal to her.
 
Be careful, though: shooting the same type of item twice will cause you to lose it, and her platform will drop lower. If the platform reaches the ground, you lose a life. Occasionally, certain items will flash as they fall, signaling that they must be collected quickly to avoid penalties.
 
Once you've successfully collected one of each item, you can approach the woman, “pick her up,” and exit the screen together.
 
The next stage shifts to a hotel scene, where the couple enters a room and closes the blinds. The hotel sign then displays your score, and the game loop begins again at a higher difficulty level.
